James Wilfred Slater

My uncle, James Wilfred Slater is 3rd from right in photo, he was rear gunner. Pilot, with chequered hat, was an Australian, Bruce Windrim. Frank Tolley was bomb aimer , 3rd from left (quite a lot of info about him on the internet). This is CF Y2 as CF Y was lost on a mission to Bochum 5th November 1944 . Most of this info is from James W Slater's son who is my cousin , still living I hasten to add!
