Website Governance

625 Squadron Website Governance

The 625 Squadron Website will be governed by a Governance Team consisting of 2 interested individuals in addition to the Webmaster.  The role of the Governance Team, working with the Website Team, will be:

1. To ensure that the website pays tribute to all those service men and woman that served in 625 Squadron.

2. To ensure that the website content is sensitive to those that served and to their families and friends.

3. To ensure that the website content is as accurate as possible, informative to site users and is interesting.

4. To ensure that the website has employed adequate and appropriate methods for succession so that the website is curated and continues to be available going forward.

The Governance Team will meet for 1 hour, virtually, 4 times per year, during the months of:

• March

• June

• September

• December

Invitations will be sent to the members of the Governance Team to facilitate virtual meetings via Google Meet.
