Overview

Once you have submitted the Access Request Form, an email will be sent to the email address that you provided in the Access Request Form.  The email will contain a link to a file.  Click on the link and after the file launches, you will be able to provide the updates for the air crew member.  The information that you provide in this file will be used to update the Master Air Crew Chronological Timeline Data File.

User Instructions (Important)

Please note the following as you work with the file:

1. When entering the date in a cell that requires a date, the date must be in the following format (YYYY-MM-DD), including the dash ("-").

2. The file view is frozen for both columns and rows so that the user has a clear orientation to the air crew member data that the user is providing.

3. The cells in the file have been formatted with wrap-around text so that you are able to clearly view what you have entered.

4. When you enter data into a cell and then move horizontally to the next cell, the data update is automatically saved.

5. Some cells require that you make the appropriate selection from a drop down list.

6. For the purposes to entering Initial and Advanced Training Programs data, please note that Training Programs 1 to 8 inclusive are to be used to capture "Initial Training" data and Training Programs 9 to 14 inclusive are to be used to capture "Advanced Training" data.
