Site Administration

The 625 Squadron Website is a significant undertaking from a design perspective as well as with the gathering of content and then the curating of the site for existing and future generations of users and visitors.

In order to manage this evolution, it is important that there be an effective mechanism in place to manage the administration of the site.  With this in mind, the site administration approach will be based on some initial thinking that will include the following components:

1.  A Governance model

2. A Website Team Structure

3. A Financial plan including an annual budget and reporting of activities

4. A Fund Raising mechanism

5. A Succession Plan so that the site can be managed in the future by interested and competent individuals
