625 Squadron - Air Crew
Overview
The table below is intended to provide information for every air crew member that served in 625 Squadron. Squadron Leaders are also included in the Air Crew listing. The record for each air crew member also has a clickable link that will launch the air crew member's Personal Information Page (PIP). When using the report, the filter(s) can be reset by clicking on the "Reset Filter(s)" button. If you are using the Last Name filter, enter the last name with first letter capitalized and then press the Enter key.
Air Crew Personal Information Page (PIP)
By clicking the link located in the last column of the air crew member's record, a new window will be launched that will provide details about the crew member as well as photos. When you are finished viewing the air crew member's Personal Information Page, this window can be closed and you will be returned to the Air Crew Listing which can be closed and then you will be returned to the Air Crew webpage. If the PIP has not yet been created for the air crew member, a "To Be Created Page" will be launched. If you provide information using one of the Contribution Channel Tools, a PIP will be created as soon as possible.

User Instructions For Report - For Best User Experience
Step 1:
Pass your cursor over the table and then click on symbol located in the top right hand corner of the table called "Open Looker Studio 625 Squadron Air Crew in new window". This will launch a new window that can be closed when you are finished in this area of the website.
Step 2:
After clicking on the "Open Looker Studio 625 Squadron Air Crew in new window" button, you can sort the data by column (click the Column Heading) and you can use the Filters to select specific data sets. If you want to find the record for a specific aircrew member, enter their last name, with the full correct spelling, into the Last Name Contains selection box and then press the ENTER key. By clicking on the Reset button, all filters that were set will be removed.
Step 3:
You can also click on the tab called Air Crew - Analytics to view various charts that are based on the data in the entire data set. All of the charts are "Cross Filtered". This means that if you click on one section of a chart or multiple charts (i.e. a pie slice or a bar), this will automatically filter the data that is displayed in all the other charts so that the data displayed in the charts is based on the data set(s) that you selected. If you want to include more than one range in your data within a specific chart, you can hold down the CTRL key and then click on multiple ranges on the chart. In order to remove the filter from a specific chart, click the Reset arrow in the top left hand corner of the chart in which you set the filter. By clicking on the Reset button located in the top right corner of the screen, all filters that were set will be removed from all charts.
Step 4:
When you are finished with the table window, you can close that window and then you will be returned to the webpage called Air Crew.
