Aircraft
Data has been captured for aircraft assigned to and used by 625 Squadron. Data capture for the database is largely complete and Reports are available now based on data that has been captured.
Sorties Map
A new feature has been added to the website. A sorties map is now available which shows all the sortie locations flown to by 625 Squadron. Use your cursor to hover over the target location for more information. Specific sortie maps are available by clicking here. Additional specific sortie maps will be available when they are added to the Sorties data set.

A new section of the website called Researcher's Corner offers insights obtained by our researchers as they conduct the research for information, material and data that is provided by the 625 Squadron website.

A new report is available to gain insights into the sortie statistics and loss ratios.
Length of Service
A new report is available to understand the length of service for air crew members that were killed while serving with 625 Squadron.
Data Capture Status
A new report is available to obtain an understanding of what data has been captured so far to support all of the various reports that are available on the website.
Operations Record Books (ORB)
A new report is available which provides the Summary comments contained in the ORB reports.
Air Crew Burial Status and Locations
A new report is available which provides a listing for burial status and burial locations for all air crew that served with 625 Squadron and were killed.

As of July 15, 2024, Sgt. Tolley is one of the last surviving members of 625 Squadron air crew.
Sortie: Berlin, Germany, November 26/27, 1943
Crashed: Friday, November 26, 1943
Circumstances: Shot down by German night fighter
All seven crew were killed
